Job Description
- Maintenance of day to day operations of all M&E services
- Emergency call-out for 24hrs x 7 days to attend any emergency or perform corrective maintenance
- Assist to plan, schedule of M&E maintenance schedule
- Co-ordinate, supervise and carry out all maintenance works, includes overseeing and manage sub-contractors
- Perform scheduled maintenance check and report
- Arrange and submit weekly method of statement, risk accessment, security notification of work, authorisation to work, permit to work, landlord permit to work and log out sheet for weekly maintenance works
- Preparation of monthly summary report of all M&E works, data collation, statistics etc.
- Co-ordinate, supervise and carry out Integrated Performance Verification Testing to the M&E infrastructures
- Attendance and co-ordinate Annual Building Power Shutdown
- Conduct and attend monthly meeting with client, subcontractors
- Perform daily checks to the M&E infrastructures
- General administrative works, e.g. filing of all servicing reports, call outs, corrective reports, etc
- Ad-hoc A&A works
- Representing client for any coordination with building landlord
- Prepare quotation to client for any A&A work
- Order relevance comprehensive M&E stock such as light bulb, fuse and fan belt
- Help up to conduct fire drill
- Any other instructions from client
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Building engineering related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Pro-active, ability to prioritize work and achieve desired result
- Independent, able to work with minimum supervision and have a good understanding of critical workflow
- Able to communicate and write well in English.
- Able to commit to 5.5 days work week with staggered rest days implemented due to operational requirements
