- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Identify new business opportunities and proactively reach out to potential clients
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
- Lead negotiations and close deals with clients, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D and production, to ensure timely delivery of products and services
- At least 5 years experience and expert in Crystal, Natural stones and ornaments knowledge
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the senior management team
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Ability to travel as required for client meetings and industry events, accept work late.
- Willing to work on public holidays, weekend, and overtime
