Responsibilities:
- undergo intensive on-the-job training
- responsible for operating discipline which include profitability , personnel management , inventory controls and customers service
- responsible for the achievement of key performance indicators which include of financial results, service level and customer service management
- ensure effective service by provide training to staff in products knowledge and promoting a service culture in the store
Requirements:
- with min a Diploma in any field
- posses passion and interest in BEAUTY & RETAIL industry
- effective communication skills to liaise with clients & team members
- with min 1 year of retail / sales / service experience ( part time included) will be an advantage
- be willing to work on retail schedule
