We currently have vacancies for a Curriculum Manager. This is a full time role that will require you to conduct and manage classes in the school as well as carry out duties within the Curriculum Manager role .
Responsibilities include:
· Contribute to the development and maintenance of AHT School curriculum
· Review, update and make relevant revisions to the curriculum and domains
· Provide training to teachers to carry out the curriculum and lesson plans with the child in the school
· Provide teachers with educational and behavioural techniques/ suggestions to effectively carry out lesson plans
· Act as the main point of contact between CPE and AHT.
· Documenting child’s progress via interim progress reports and detailed progress reports which will include photographic evidence and audio visual evidence when necessary or as instructed.
· Manage the lesson planning process and deadlines
· Supervise and quality control the creation of materials and resources in line with AHT pedagogy
· Conduct reviews with teachers
· Develop and deliver in house training / workshops for teachers
· Develop and deliver training / workshops for parents.
· Holiday programme design and implementation.
· Short courses design and implementation.
· Mentor teachers and junior staff.
· Attend weekly meetings at AHT.
· Attend required training at AHT.
Qualifications
- Experience working/ teaching special needs children
- Experience with curriculum develpoment and management
- Specials needs education training and experience required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
