Responsibilities:
- Facilitate effective communication between the club and members.
- Work closely with the Front Desk in assisting with luggage, guiding visitors, providing directions, and arranging transportation.
- Taking reservations and handle daily transactions for the front desk and concierge.
- Assist with answering phone queries regarding reservations, confirmations, etc. at the front desk.
- Efficiently assist guests and members with check-in and check-out processes.
- Issue and manage payment of guest and members' invoices and bills.
- Assist with answering guest and members' queries regarding rooms and rates.
- Provide guests with relevant information on available services and receive feedback and complaints when provided.
- Ensure professional service recovery.
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Possess at least GCE ‘O’ level and above or equivalent.
- Possess good communication skills.
- Proficient in Computer Applications.
- Able to engage in shift work (including weekends and public holidays).
- 5-day work week.
