Responsibilities
- Develop and manage BIM models using Revit, ensuring compliance with Singapore Corenet X standards
- Implement and maintain IFC-SG protocols throughout the project lifecycle
- Collaborate with project teams to integrate BIM technology into design and construction processes
- Conduct clash detection and coordinate BIM deliverables.
- Create libraries for projects
- Communication with the Projects team to translate design into 3D models
- Feedback to Architects about clashes and other design issues
- Keep and update drawing revisions and drawing registers
Qualities and skills required
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in Revit/BIM for architectural projects with mixed-use/office/ retail/residential experience
- Intermediate English, spoken and written is essential
- Proficiency in CORENET-X / parametric design tools is an advantage
- Good experience /Strong Knowledge of Singapore Corenet X e-submission process and guidelines
- Experience/ Strong knowledge of IFC-SG standards and implementation
- Completed BCA Academy’s BIM Modeling and BIM Management would be an added advantage
