Job Description:
- Coordinate with contractors for facility and equipment repairs.
- Oversee and track contracts and renovation projects.
- Help with daily building maintenance checks.
- Address electrical, mechanical, and building issues.
- Ensure preventive maintenance is done according to the schedule.
- Keep building facilities and equipment in good condition.
- Report any problems to your supervisor.
- Monitor the work of service and subcontractors on site.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Get quotes and recommend service providers for maintenance work.
- Handle payment requests and verify invoices for completed work.
Requirements:
- Min. Diploma in Building Services or equivalent.
- Min. 2 years of property management working experience in commercial buildings.
