You will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our Singapore business. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and executing strategic business plans, building and maintaining strong relationships with the teams, suppliers and cross functional teams across the globe and working with the team to deliver exceptional results. You will be instrumental in expanding our business portfolio and ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction.




Strategic Leadership:

  1. Visionary Strategy: Develop and implement forward-thinking e-commerce strategies that drive substantial online sales and achieve ambitious revenue targets.
  2. Innovative Initiatives: Lead groundbreaking e-commerce initiatives to surpass business objectives and set new industry standards.
  3. Sales and Revenue Growth with Profitability : Own the Yearly Business and Financial goals of the organization and deliver the same along with the team
  4. Platform Mastery: Optimize the use of diverse e-commerce platforms, including our own website and leading marketplaces such as Grab, FoodPanda, Deliveroo, and others.
  5. Industry Leadership: Stay ahead of industry trends and the competitive landscape to ensure FNP remains at the forefront of e-commerce innovation.
  6. Exponential Growth: Drive exponential sales growth through strategic planning, execution, and optimization of high-impact online campaigns.
  7. Digital Marketing Excellence: Lead cutting-edge digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and affiliate marketing.
  8. Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor and analyse sales performance identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.


Platform Optimization:

  1. Peak Performance: Ensure the e-commerce platform is optimized and evolved for peak performance, user engagement, and conversion rates.
  2. Best Practices Implementation: Implement industry best practices for IT infrastructure management to support seamless e-commerce operations.
  3. Systems Integration: Ensure the seamless integration of e-commerce tools with existing systems to enhance operational efficiency.


Customer Experience Management:

  1. Exceptional Experience: Oversee the customer service function to deliver an unparalleled customer experience.
  2. Satisfaction Strategies: Implement innovative strategies to boost customer satisfaction and retention.
  3. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies.
  4. Process Improvement: Continuously refine customer service processes and workflows to exceed customer expectations and drive best in class NPS Scores.


Data Analytics and Reporting:

  1. Data-Driven Insights: Utilize advanced data analytics tools to generate strategic insights and support informed decision-making.
  2. Comprehensive Analysis: Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth.
  3. Actionable Reporting: Provide detailed reports and presentations to senior management with actionable insights.
  4. Predictive Modeling: Develop predictive models and data visualizations to support strategic business goals.


Team Leadership:

About the Job



Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business strategies to achieve growth and profitability targets for the luxury brand segment.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of professionals, ensuring high performance and professional development.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the luxury brand market.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the reach and revenue.
  • Project Management: Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and client atisfaction.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the performance of the luxury brand segment, making data-driven decisions to drive improvements.



Skills and Qualifications


  • 15+ years in senior e-commerce management roles, with a proven track record of driving substantial revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Experience of owning sales and operations with an online gifting platform will be a big plus.
  • Strong understanding of gifting e-commerce market and trends would be a big plus.
  • Extensive experience with leading e-commerce platforms, digital marketing tools, and CRM systems with good knowledge of a blended marketplace (hyperlocal) and e-commerce business.
  • Expertise in SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, and affiliate marketing. Strong knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools.
  • Experience with workflow automation and API integrations.
  • Proficiency in IT setup and infrastructure management to support robust e-commerce operations.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
