Job Description
The candidate is required to administer programmes and attend to phone calls and emails from the students and public. The candidate will also be involved in daily general administrative matters in the Centre, and support the Head of Admin in admin work, including ad hoc matters.
Qualifications
The candidate must minimally possess a GCE 'A' Level certificate and able to converse with students and the public. With at least 2 years of relevant working experience in admin matters, the candidate must be able to prioritise work and multi-task under tight timelines.
The candidate must also be proficient in Microsoft Office programmes, minimally in Word and Excel.
