Job Duties:
- Handle the processing and updating of letters of credit for commodity imports, including managing related import LC bills for acceptance and payment.
- Manage the issuance and updates of commodity guarantees, and process any related claim payments.
- Oversee both funded and unfunded corporate risk participations and manage refinancing with banks.
- Perform Know Your Customer (KYC) checks and anti-money laundering (AML) reviews for corporate and commodity trade finance transactions.
- Enter payment details and other SWIFT messages into system
- Communicate with customers via email or fax, organize and sort documents, and reconcile SWIFT messages.
- Address customer inquiries regarding trade finance activities.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
