Roles & Responsibilities
Lead a team of Logistic Officers and assistants/contractors in their daily work activities to ensure smooth delivery operations.
Responsible for planning & ensuring smooth operations for our logistics functions
Manage transport vendors in daily operations and resolve operational issues
Ensure all goods are received correctly and in good condition
Maintain full spectrum of daily Logistics, administration and documentation
Monitor daily report summary of goods delivery
Maintain logistics databases and assist in the preparation of the transportation and distribution statistics for analysis.
Work closely with Sales/Customer teams, Finance & Purchase teams and customers
Monitor and analyse key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimize operations
Demonstrates efficient job planning and time scheduling
Ensure daily operations run smoothly and maintain housekeeping
Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
Diploma in Logistics Management/ Supply Chain and/or equivalent experience
Min. 2 years of supervisory experience in handling logistics and warehouse activities
Min. Class 3 License
Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to commit to overtime and work weekends and P.H when necessary
