Established in 2006, our client provides facilities management (FM) services to their clients. Their services include preventive & reactive maintenance, technical support, running day-to-day operation of client’s facilities and also respond to any fault & breakdowns.
Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8.30am-6pm
Working Location: Mandai Estate (15mins bus ride from Kranji MRT)
Job Description:
- Plan, manage, coordinate projects according to timeline and client requirements
- Prepare project budget based on project requirements using schedule of rates
- Work with other trades during execution of project
- To manage consultants and appointed contractors
- Attend to meetings with client for project updates/ changes
Requirements:
- Singaporean only
- Must be experienced in construction or building renovation works
- We seek Mandarin-speaking candidates who are required to serve Mandarin-speaking clients.
