We are an outsourced bookkeeping and HR firm, with over 40 staffs, looking for part time Admin & HR Executive to undergo the Career Trial programme.
Working Location
- Hybrid working location: 50% Remote Working, 50% Part Visiting Client Office.
- Report to CR Consultancy management directly.
- Client Office Location: Mainly Western region of Singapore, including one client at Tuas South and this client will provide transport from Tuas Crescent MRT station. There are occasions where you may visit client office in other parts of Singapore, ie when our other staffs are on leave.
Admin Tasks:
- Reach out to new and existing clients to strengthen relationships and gather feedback
- Understanding client's process and workflow during client's office visit
- Digitalisation of client's document and ensure proper filing for compliance adherence
- Documenting meetings and facilitating communication within the team and leadership
- Providing general administrative support, such as answering phones or scheduling meetings
- Any administrative duties and ad-hoc tasks as assigned
HR Tasks:
- Provide support in MOM work passes applications, renewals and cancellation matters for foreign workers
- Overseas full spectrum of HR Admin functions within the team but not limited to all foreign workers matters and staff welfare
- Assist in Job Posting / Advertisements
- Handle training and development functions for the Company
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
Rates
$20 per hour
Please note that this is a part time flexi working arrangement. The monthly salary put in this posting is an estimate prorated based on 80 hours.
