Contract: 3 months (subject to renew)
Salary: up to $3500 per month
Location: Boon Lay / Pioneer
Working hours:
• Mondays to Thursdays: 8:30am to 5:45pm
• Fridays: 8:30am to 5:15pm
Job Scopes:
- Data Management: Accurately input and update recruitment process details using Workday and Excel, ensuring data integrity and availability for decision-making.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule candidate interviews, liaising effectively with hiring managers and interviewers to arrange times and gather post-interview feedback.
- Communication: Send professional and timely email and calendar invites to interviewers and candidates, maintaining clear and open lines of communication.
- Logistics Management: Arrange and book interview rooms or venues, ensuring a smooth interview process.
- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the recruitment team, handling tasks as assigned with efficiency and attention to detail.

- A level and above
