Job Scope
- Partnering with technology units in areas of performance management and driving deeper insights through data and well thought out analysis.
- Drive transparency and support MIS and financial reporting, especially on the area of computerization expense spending, to ensure consistency across locations and with the group.
- Cost allocation: good understanding of technology and operations allocations and associated data, and how they are represented to business units, segments, and products.
- Intercompany recharges: ensure appropriate governance and reconciliation of resource recharges to each technology functions from the development centers.
- Periodic fixed assets review: ensure appropriate governance on fixed assets annual review and to ensure accurate financials for year-end reporting.
Job Requirements
- Degree holder in Accounting & Finance with 8+ years of relevant experience. Candidate who holds CA/CPA/ACCA, is ideal.
- Able to work with big datasets, granular data flows and processes.
- Good grasp of banking operations structure, with good understanding and prior experience in financial planning & analysis.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and able to work in ambiguous situations and quickly adapts to changes in priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Work independently with minimal supervision, set priorities and manage own time/work-life balance to meet deadlines.
- Self-starter with exceptionally high levels of energy, commitment, and focus.
