We are currently looking for an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our order processing operations.


Job Description:

As an Administrative Assistant focusing on order processing, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of customer orders. Your meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills will help maintain our high standards of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:

Order Processing: Accurately process customer orders using our order management system, ensuring all details are correctly entered and documented.


Customer Communication: Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, shipping details, and product availability in a timely and professional manner.


Coordination: Work closely with the sales, warehouse, and shipping departments to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and promptly.


Documentation: Maintain and update records of orders, shipments, and inventory levels.


Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve any issues related to order processing, including discrepancies and delays.


Reporting: Generate and analyze order processing reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.


Support: Assist with general administrative tasks as needed, including filing, data entry, and office organization.

Qualifications:

Experience:

Previous experience in order processing, customer service, or administrative roles is advantageous.


Skills:

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Familiarity with order management systems is a plus.


Junior levels are encourage to apply.
