I am currently working with a leading furniture company with a global presence. 2 rounds of interview process. 5 days in office located near a Circle Line MRT. You will report to CEO and have 2 direct reports under you (SAP Manager and Infra Manager).

• Develop and lead the workflow and workplace digital transformation roadmap to support the business strategic plan and operations.
• Develop and implement methodologies to identify needs and opportunities to improve the workflow and workplace effectiveness and efficiencies across the organisation.
• Design and document the workflow solution, ensuring the solution design meets requirements, compliance and security standards.
• Develop user training materials and conduct user training sessions to ensure end-users are proficient in utilizing the solution application/tool.
• Manage a team to ensure hardware and software systems are operating optimally efficient and effective.
skills and requirements
• Bachelor’s degree
• Need solid background in workplace digital transformation
• Understand IT / Hardware / CRM etc
• Able to think strategically and implement operationally, understand business and translate that into action plans, policies and processes
• Strong project management and change management skills
• Strong knowledge of Office 365 tools (eg. PowerAutomate, SharePoint, Teams)
• Chinese speaking required as you need to liaise with Chinese counterparts who can only speak and write in Mandarin
