Location: Kent Ridge

Duration: 6 months

Salary: $18 Per Hour (excluding breaks)

Working hours: 8am to 6pm on weekdays and weekends (working days per week can range from 3-5 days depending on workload)

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with hospitals to manage bed requests.
• Schedule and arrange appointments, such as ambulance transport and follow-up visits, as requested by clinicians.
• Handle SAP tasks for patient admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Assist clinicians by retrieving and distributing documents via phone, email, fax, or by uploading them to the system.

Requirements:

• Possess a diploma in any discipline.
• Good communication and coordination.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
• Over 1 year of experience in Healthcare is advantageous.
