#Admin/Account Assistant:
*Working Hours:
5.5 days Alternate Saturdays
Monday - Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm
Saturday (Alternate Saturdays) 8:30am – 12:30pm
*Working location:
Sungei Kadut Loop
*Role & Responsibility:
-Handle accounts-related job scope
-Handle GST Submission.
-Prepare monthly payments for non-trade expenses
-Maintain proper accounting record and filing
-Filing of all financial files, records and relevant documents
-Prepare monthly reports as assigned
-Assist in Administrative and Accounts duties
-Provide support to the team
-Other ad-hoc duties as assigned or requested by the superior.
*Requirements:
-Accounts-related working experience is required.
-Meticulous, performance-oriented, self-motivated personality with good interpersonal and communication skills.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office
-Good organizational and communication skills with a sense of commitment and responsibility.
