Basic Function
Assist the Regional Revenue Manager in analyzing and supporting a cluster of hotels’ results and performance in room revenue. Reviewing rates and inventory on a daily basis to ensure revenue optimization.
Responsibility and Authority
1. Create and send pick-up reports on a daily basis
2. Review of rates and inventory on a 13-month rolling calendar
3. Provide rates for group quotes to respective sales personnel on a timely basis
4. Support Revenue Manager with extraction and analysis of data
5. Manage and maintain set-up for online distribution channels including ensuring accurate interface of bookings
6. Work closely with Revenue Manager to support achieving budget and forecast expectations
7. Observe and stay current with industry and market trends for future revenue decisions
8. Ensure all revenue policies and procedures are followed and adhered to
9. Maintain a close working relationship with various Online Travel Agencies (OTAs)
10. Perform any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned
