- Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
- Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the specified qualitystandards.
- ·Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project
- Prepare and review engineering plans, designs, and project specifications.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain detailed project documentation and reports.Implement innovativeconstruction techniques and best practices to improve efficiency.
- Manage a diverse workforce, including workers, ensuring effective communication andcollaboration.
- Address language and cultural barriers to enhance team productivity and cohesion.
Requirements:
· Related Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
· Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction engineering or projectmanagement.
· Proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects.
· In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
· Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
· Proficiency in project management software and tools.
· Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
· Strong leadership and team management skills.
· Experience managing workers from diverse backgrounds, particularly from China.
· Require to communicate with Mandarin
· Willingness to travel and work on-site as required.
