Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and charismatic General Manager to lead our sales team in the unique and exciting field of Fengshui services in Singapore. The ideal candidate must have minimum of 8 years of experience in both Business Management and Business Development in the Fengshui Industry in Singapore.
Main Responsibilities:
• To train the sales team in various Classical and Compass Fengshui theories for Home and Office Fengshui and personal Bazi
• To handle, manage and serve a list of company's VIP customers and their family in their Home or Business Fengshui and personal Bazi reading.
• To manage the day to day Administrative and Accounting operation of retail outlets.
• To oversees the day to day of retail business and implement strategies for client retention, such as personalized follow-ups and loyalty programs.
• To manage the store's inventory and maintain a good business rapport with local and overseas suppliers. Travelling overseas to source for new products and suppliers is required.
• To Implement policies to ensure ethical conduct and integrity in all client interactions.
• To develop a strong online presence through social media and digital marketing.
• Experience in planning and organizing events, such as Fengshui Workshops, Charity Events and Buddhism Events.
• To develop and expand the business.
