A reputable leader in the mobility industry, is actively seeking a Senior compliance specialist to join their dynamic team. This role will Primarily support the compliance job scope, administering Singapore compliance programs and Speak Up systems.
Job Summary:
- Manage and develop policies in compliance.
- Provide compliance training.
- Support management reporting.
- Conduct compliance audits.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle communications between Global Compliance, TMA, and entities.
- Prepare presentations, explanations, and status reports of current compliance activities.
- Support compliance meetings and discussions.
- Take minutes of meetings.
- Support investigation proceedings.
- Follow up on countermeasures and action plans with stakeholders.
- Provide administrative support for compliance areas.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Business with at least 4-5 years of audit/compliance experience.
- Confident in working and communicating with all levels of personnel, from entry-level to top management.
- Clear thinker with attention to detail, adaptable to new software and technology.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-starter and good team player, able to work independently with a high level of integrity.
