Responsibilities
Ø Monitor and control all testing activities and tasks within squad(s)
Ø Responsible for analysis, design, test procedures and test suites
Ø Responsible for timely delivery of different testing automation milestones within squad
Ø Identify and mitigate the Risk and Issue Management
Ø Coordinate interfacing systems and teams for integration test activities.
Ø Manage non functional testing end to end
Requirements must have
Ø Experience working in Agile Scrum environments.
Ø Hands on development of automated test scripts
Ø Should have experience in implementing BDD approach.
Ø Experience of using and implementing a variety of test tools, including tools for test management/planning, defect tracking e.g. Tools JIRA, Confluence,
Ø Good knowledge of test methodologies and approaches
Ø Good verbal and written communication skills
Ø Experience in managing a team of at least 5 or more
Ø Experience in financial domain for min 5 years is a must.
Testing Experience in Life400 is a must
