Job Responsibilities
- You need to be efficient and competent at assigned work stations
- You need to keep a vigilant eye to kitchen environment and defects on site, be it facilities or equipment
- Alerting cinema management team of any defects on site
- Must monitor inventory at all times and report items that need to be reordered
- Assisting in stock taking
- You need to be responsible for receiving incoming food orders and rotating stock
- Storing ingredients and preparing food orders according to prescribed food safety regulations
Job Requirements:
- You must a service-oriented, hardworking and willingness to learn
- Able to perform rotating shifts including public holidays, weekends and beyond midnight
- You must have those with F&B experience will be favourably considered
- Preferably with a valid food hygiene certificate
- Must be fully vaccinated
- Applicants fresh out of school are welcome
