Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervises operation of a group of rides and shows monitoring safety, service, efficiency and show. Provides and ensures that exemplary guest service is maintained at all times. Performs Duty Supervisor role overseeing the operation within Attractions Operations, responds to guest and operational issues, and communicates with various business units and being the first responder to operational and guest issues.
  • Ensures the safety of guests and Team members by reviewing and revising safety procedures and documents and responds to potentially unsafe conditions
  • Provides work direction counseling, coaching and performance reviews to Attractions Operations crew members. Provides development of Attraction Operations crew members, Relief Leads and Status Leads. Analyzes and responds to various reports including but not limited to guest comments, capacity, downtimes and incident reports Ensures daily operating logs and employee records are accurately maintained. Ensures that all safety procedures are understood and followed by providing up to date safety training to all Attractions Operations Team Members and ensuring that all training sign-offs are completed and updated.
  • Performs proper, accurate and timely administration of daily payroll, maintains proper staffing levels on an ongoing basis and managing labor budget for respective attractions; monitors and communicates needs to Attractions Operations Management. Focuses on Guest and employees satisfaction to ensure that each employee is greeting and interacting with Guests while maintaining efficient, safe and fun environment.
  • Maintains good relationship with other business units to ensure that departmental goals are being met. Responsible for maintaining the show quality, attraction cleanliness and attraction facility maintenance standard to ensure the Attraction is ready for Guests at all times.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in Tourism or any other relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 1 year supervisory experience. Those with lower qualification but more years of supervisory experience may also apply
  • Operations experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
