Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and prepare food in the kitchen
- Manage food and ingredients inventories
- Ensure the consistency of food quality and quantity
- Ensure compliance with SFA regulations
- Maintain high standard of cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen
- Help to maintain a climate of smooth and friendly cooperation
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management
Job Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in similar position
- Willing to work shift hours, weekends and Public Holidays
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a good learning attitude
