Job Description:
- Oversees the operations, preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance of electricity transmission or distribution equipment.
- Explores and establishes new solutions, technology and policies to increase operational efficiency.
- Collaborates with the cybersecurity team to drive the implementation and enforcement of cybersecurity measures.
- Drives the performance of the organization by setting business goals and performance indicators, and ensuring profitable revenue growth.
- Drives implementation of mitigation measures to address the risks identified through vulnerability assessment and penetration testing.
- Coaches the team according to their strengths and areas of development to help them achieve performance targets.
- Promotes a strong Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) culture in the organization.
- Promotes innovation within the organization, while balancing risks and opportunities.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in leadership roles.
- Strategic thinker with excellent business acumen.
