Senior / Accounts Executive needed!!!!!
Working Location: Kovan
Salary range: $3200-4000 per month (commensurate with experience)
Working hours: Mon-Fri 8.30am to 6pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable
- Closing and preparing for full set accounts
- Regulate all purchases by the company
- Verify invoices and process payment
- Verify and update petty cash reports into the accounting system
- Prepare accounts schedules
- Monitor and record payments for agent commissions
- Execute the workplans of the department to realise the department and college objectives
- To comply with the relevant EduTrust policies, procedures and documentation
- Other duties as assigned by Head of Department
Requirements:
- At least 3-5 years of accounting experience in full set preferred
- Meticulous and with an eye for details
- Ability to work independently
- Able to work with deadlines and under pressure
- Knowledge of Journals, MYOB preferred
