Responsibilities
1. Address daily operational tasks, including promptly responding to customer inquiries, needs and complaints.
2. Conduct technical troubleshooting to resolve M&E issues efficiently and effectively.
3. Execute preventive and corrective maintenance for mechanical and electrical systems, plumbing and sanitary services, air conditioning units, ACMV systems, chillers and electrical controls.
4. Computer literate and able to generate simple reports.
5. Any other adhoc duties.
Requirements
- Higher NITEC / NITEC in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering/Building Services/Facility Technology or equivalent
- Ability to speak and write English well
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good understanding of facility M&E systems
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
