JOB DESCRIPTION
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards comply with statutory requirements.
- Conduct daily inspections of production plants.
- Perform outlet inspections to ensure adherence to SFA requirements.
- Maintain documents for ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, and ISO 45001 on a monthly basis. Ensure all documents are in order and recorded properly. Establish and review current policies, SOPs, and manuals.
- Provide food safety and hygiene training for production staff.
- Liaise with external suppliers and vendors.
- Assist with export documentation.
- Participate in and assist with the R&D of new products.
- Perform other assigned duties.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Polytechnic Diploma
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Proficient in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Chinese-speaking staff)
- Entry level candidates are welcome
- Positive working attitude, team player & willing to learn
