Our client are looking for next team members to join their growing team:


Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of indoor sales activities.
  • Process sales orders, including quotations, sales orders, purchase orders, delivery orders, and invoicing.
  • Professionally manage a high volume of inquiries and provide effective solutions to customer issues.
  • Deliver exceptional support and customer service.
  • Actively identify new sales opportunities through follow-up on inbound leads.
  • Establish and maintain connections with key external customer contacts as required.
  • Coordinate projects and support the lead manager to ensure projects are executed according to the agreed plan and remain on schedule.
  • Liaise with internal teams, including Finance, Procurement, Logistics, and Marketing.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of relevant reports and documents for tenders.
  • Attend regular online and offline product training sessions arranged by vendors.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Preferred exposure to computer hardware, software, or maintenance contracts.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong telephone presence and exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Enthusiastic about developing consultative sales skills and contributing to the achievement of monthly targets.
  • Enjoys interacting and communicating with people while maintaining strong relationships with IT Business Partners.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Remarks:

  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
  • Location: Kaki Bukit.
