- Document control Management (ISO2200,FSCC,HACCP,Halal and other safety related documentation)
- Conduct in process and hygiene inspection.
- Perform QC experiments on raw materials as well as finished product to ensure the product meet the defined criteria before its release to the market.
- Involve in all QA / product development activities to ensure compliance to established SOP and regulatory guidelines.
- Support Senior QA Executive to perform internal audit and external audit / inspection with auditors
- Conduct internal training on regular basis.
- Participate in the new product development and improve on taste profile of existing products.
- Assist in conducting market research and studies with development of food product.
- Assist to set up , monitor and review GMP programmes.
- Perform assigned tasks and work to achieve company goals and department objectives.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Food Science & Technology or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): MS Office , MS Excel ,MS Words
- On the job training will be provided
- Conducting in-house lab analysis will be an added advantage.
- Applicant must be able to work independently and possess a Willing-to-learn attitude
