QA
- Conduct regular quality testing/evaluation to rectify and fix any issues related to product functionality.
- Work closely with R&D for the new product/part evaluation and generate quality evaluation report after evaluation.
- Conduct multiple types of testing, including functional, performance, reliability.
- Ensure compliance to all relevant Quality Management Systems, including but not limited to ISO 9001
- Provide Quality Management System (QA) advice to all Businesses and drive continuous improvements.
ESG
- Lead and manage ESG projects & initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with corporate sustainability goals.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and coordinate resources effectively.
- Project lead in a cross functional team to ensure project schedule is executed in a timely manner and meeting project budget
- Any ad hoc jobs as assigned by the team leader.
