Job Description:
- Work closely with production team on internal production process and quality issue.
- Coordinate the review of quality procedures and manage the inspection standard on incoming, in process and outgoing inspections.
- Manage internal and external audit system as well corrective action reporting system.
- Handling customer complaints and ensure all corrective actions to customers are implemented and documented.
- Updating and maintaining records and documentation for the ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 13485 systems.
- Create a monthly report or summary of customer returns, RMAs, internal and external 8D, and updated specifications and procedures, along with OQA rejects.
- Perform another related task as assigned.
Job Requirement:
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- With working experiences in quality engineering or in manufacturing preferred
- Good knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 13485 quality system
- Knowledge and application of quality tools - SPC, PFMEA, Control Plans, CPK, 8D Report, GR&R and Minitab.
