We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Business Analyst on a contract basis with expertise in Salesforce case management and SaaS integrations. In this role, you will analyze business requirements, design solutions, and ensure the effective implementation of Salesforce case management systems and integrations with SaaS applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirements Analysis: Gather and analyze business requirements for Salesforce case management solutions and SaaS integrations.
- Solution Design: Develop detailed functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams to design effective Salesforce solutions.
- Implementation Support: Assist in the deployment and configuration of Salesforce case management systems, ensuring they meet business needs.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable requirements.
- Testing & Validation: Support testing efforts to ensure Salesforce solutions meet the defined requirements and perform as expected.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and enhancements within Salesforce case management and SaaS integrations.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Strong background in Salesforce case management, with experience in integrating Salesforce with SaaS applications.
- Skills: Proficiency in gathering requirements, creating functional specifications, and supporting solution implementation.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Communication: Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Documentation: Experience in creating clear and comprehensive documentation for business processes and system requirements.
