We are looking for a skilled Project Delivery Manager on a contract basis with extensive experience in Salesforce case management and SaaS integrations. In this role, you will oversee the delivery of Salesforce projects, ensuring successful implementation of case management solutions and effective integration with SaaS applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Lead and manage Salesforce projects from initiation through to delivery, focusing on case management and SaaS integrations.
- Solution Delivery: Ensure the successful deployment of Salesforce case management solutions that meet business requirements and align with best practices.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and stakeholders, to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any issues and ensuring project objectives are met.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks and issues to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve project delivery processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven track record in managing Salesforce projects, with specific experience in case management and integrating SaaS solutions.
- Skills: Strong project management skills, with proficiency in Salesforce platform features and integration techniques.
