Responsibilities
- Liaise with policyholders on a daily basis to initiate recovery and proceed with the claims recovery process.
- Engage and communicate with our policyholders to gather information and assist them in claim submission to third party.
- Handling outbound and inbound calls with policyholders and financial consultants.
- Ensuring proper tracking and documentation of call activities and outcomes.
- Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
- Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies.
- Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.
- Any other ad-hoc assignments/projects assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in any relevant disciplines
- Proficient in MS Office
