ACCOUNT & ADMIN EXECUTIVE
(PART-TIMER : WED & FRIDAY – 8.30 AM TO 6.00 PM)
JOB SCOPE
· Accounting & Audit Preparation (70% of time):
o Supporting the day- to-day general ledger accounting and reconciliation, financial reporting and analysis – using Quickbooks or Tally
Support in all monthly, quarterly and annual close activities which include analyzing accounts, journal entries (and/or amending them), performing account reconciliations, and preparing reports and financial documents
o GST-Filling: collate all the necessary documentation & reports, ensure approval by Company Directors and submit to Head of Finance
Filing of Documents,
Preparation of yearly audit with external auditors
Administrative Support (30%)
o Administrative support o Any other ad-hoc admin duties as required.

REQUIRED SKILLS
· Articulate, with an excellent command of English
· Familiar with Quickbooks, Tally and Microsoft Office suite (Excel in particular)
· Ability to effectively interact with external Auditors and regulatory bodies such as ACRA and IRAS
· Strong analytical skills, and knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (FRS)
· Ability to work independently, proactive, motivated
QUALIFICATIONS
· Diploma in Accounting/Finance & Administrative
· Demonstration of key finance competencies and qualifications, ideally with 2 or more years of experience
- Preferably Female Candidate And Able to Commence ASAP
