Job Summary :
As a Test Lead, the person should be having strong Functional Testing and Test Management knowledge with expertise in Banking domain specifically in Capital Markets and Wealth Management.
Test Lead should be proficient in the below mentioned BFS domain areas and should have the specified Technical Expertise:
BFS Domain:
- Wealth Management
- Asset Management
- Capital Markets
- Investment Banking
- Core Banking
Technical:
- Proficient in Functional Testing.
- Hands-on exposure on Temenos T24 Core Banking Testing or any other Core Banking system such as Finacle, SIBS etc.
- Well versed with Tool - HP ALM.
- Well versed with Tool - JIRA.
- Hands on exposure on webservices & API Testing.
- Well versed with SOA Testing.
Responsibilities:
- Business requirements review, Test Design & Development, System Integration Testing (SIT), User acceptance test (UAT)
- Collaborate with dev & tech team to ensure effective end to end testing is executed well.
- Prepare Test Plan
- Design test scenarios and test cases based on business requirement, secure test case Sign-Off from Product Owner
- Perform SIT and UAT Test Execution
- Log Defects in the Defect Management Tool. Experienced in HPQC, JIRA & Confluence
- Defect Re-testing and Closure.
- Prepare the DSR / WSR and share it with the Stakeholders.
- Timely escalation to PM and stakeholders in case of any impediments.
- Attend defect triage meeting.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal English.

- Strong Test Management and Team handling capabilites.
- Guide Team Members as and when required.
