Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and submitting tender quotations, ensuring deadlines are met for each tender.
- Perform quantity take-offs for tenders, including manual measurements and updates to reflect any amendments.
- Source quotations for rates and technical data during the tender stage, addressing the specific requirements of each project.
- Arrange and conduct tender interviews, negotiate prices with suppliers and subcontractors, and prepare subcontract agreements or letters of award.
- Monitor progress claims and payments, including managing subcontractor payments, certification, variation orders (VO) submission, and final accounts.
- Aid in settling final accounts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office and measurement software.
