Assist the HOD to compile day-to-day schedules, MAS & HO reports, corporate tax and management reporting preparation.
- Responsible for the preparation of management reports such as daily monitoring and report calculation, daily regulatory data base calculation
- Preparation of Head Office reports and schedules as required
- Preparation of MAS regulatory reports, such as MAS 610 / 649 / 758 etc.
- Respond to the inquiries related to MAS reports
- Liaise with tax agent, provide relevant tax information, and verify the tax agent’s submitted data to ensure accurate and compliant tax filings
- Liaise with external auditors to ensure company’s annual report is properly disclosed
- Prepare accounting schedules such as Fixed Assets Register and Listing of Operating expenses
- Prepare and posting of Journal Entries.
Requirements:
- Min. 3 years of relevant accounting experience in banking environment
- Understanding of financial products and services
- Proficiency in MS Excel is essential
