Role Overview:
We are seeking a Head of Partnerships who will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with corporate clients and strategic partners, as well as leveraging B2C connections to drive community engagement, sales and event participation. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth through customized gift products, special collaborations, and event sponsorships. This role will also assist in business development and sales opportunities in driving growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, exceptional networking skills, and a passion for beauty and luxury products.
- 10+ years of experience in B2B sales, partnership management, or a similar role.
- Strong network within both the corporate sector and B2C communities, with proven ability to close high-value deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative partnership concepts.
- Passion for beauty, luxury products, and experiential marketing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
