RESPONSIBILITY:
- Processing of orders
- Assigning orders to barges/launch
- Data entry and monitor barge/launch deployment
- Daily coordination with agents and checking of vessels schedules via Marinet/AIS
- Administrative support for end-to-end process
- Collaborate with Customer service, customers and internal teams to resolve operational issues or queries they may have
- Holding of duty phone to support supply team, agent and customer to resolve operational issues on rotation basis
- Actively participate in continuous improvement and problem solving activities within the team
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by Superior
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proficient in MS Office, computer literate & tech-savvy
- Good team player and exhibit flexibility
- Customer service through phone and emails
- Well-organized and able to adapt to changing work processes
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline
