Responsibilities:
International Sales Support
- Assist regional sales to distributors (Indonesia, Vietnam, Cambodia, Philippines, Taiwan, Sri Lanka, etc.).
- Maintain correspondence with distributors and internal teams for sales and marketing efforts.
- Coordinate with staff, team members, and distributors to resolve sales issues.
Sales and Admin Support
- Assist in achieving regional sales and marketing goals.
- Process purchase orders, rebate claims, and support shipping arrangements.
- Create sales reports.
- Manage and collect monthly sales purchase orders from distributor partners.
- Calculate and report monthly sales rebates and claims.
- Process rebate claims via web application.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports, and assist with semi-annual budget planning.
Marketing Support
- Provide administrative support for organizing regional events.
- Support marketing activities administratively.
Other
- Perform any other tasks as requested by superiors.
- Cover duties during the absence of team members.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of related work experience in Sales Administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel calculation and analysis
- Experience in SAP will be an added advantage
- Salary: up to $3800
- Work location: Tai Seng
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5.30pm
