Job Title: Quantity Surveyor (ID1063)
Location: Tuas
Working Hours: Mon to Fri 9am to 6pm
Salary: Up to $3000 - $4400
Job Description:
• Perform various Contracts and QS works, including pre-and-post-contract administration, timely processing of progress claims, final accounts, tendering and negotiating for new jobs.
• Assist in architectural co-ordination works that include preparation of floor layout drawings, door schedule and shop drawings.
• Assist in negotiation for prices with major suppliers. Award of supply contracts and sales agreements.
• Liaising with clients, principals, main-contractors, consultants on all Contract and QS related issues.
• Analyze and control costs and propose budgets.
• Assist in other business activities as and when assigned.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent.
• At least 2 to 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Proficient in Contract Management.
• Highly proficient in Excel.
