Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of assigned properties, including maintenance and tenant services.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure properties are maintained to company standards.
- Handle tenant inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Assist in the leasing process, including property viewings, tenant screenings, and lease administration.
- Coordinate and oversee routine maintenance and repair work with contractors and service providers.
- Ensure maintenance requests are addressed in a timely manner and follow up on the completion of work.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date property records, including leases, contracts, and maintenance logs.
- Prepare and process rental agreements, renewals, and other documentation.
Requirements:
- Minimum Nitec / Diploma in Property / Facilities / Real Estate management or equivalent
- At least 1 – 2 years of relevant experience in property management for Diploma Holders
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in property management for Nitec Holders.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to handle fast pace environment
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice will be advantageous
