- Singapore Based (Bukit Merah)
- 5 Days work per week (Monday to Friday 8:30am - 6pm)
- Proven track record with 2-3 years’ experience in sales or key account management experience, preferably in FMCG / Pharma channel
- Experience with supermarket, convenience stores, Travel retailor pharmacy channel clients will be an advantage. + Trade Marketing experience, Distributor management experience will be an added advantage.
- Possess Class 3 Driving license. + Proficient in MS office suite.

Overview
Due to a massive extension of our business, we are seeking Assistant Business Development Manager to support our business development team.
Responsible for identifying opportunities to increase sales and customer satisfaction, assist in planning and implementing effective sales strategies. Candidate should also be able to conduct in-depth market research and identify potential leads in driving our growth strategies and expanding our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assists the Business Development Manager in planning and implementing effective sales strategies.
- Conduct regular business reviews, Develop the online sales channel for the Singapore market.
- Conduct store checks on sales performance and service level.
- Formulate, implement & execute Trade marketing plans for the Singapore market/key accounts (including Travel Retail)
- Coordinate with internal and external team members with allocated resources, Work closely with Marketing team on development of Trade programs (POSM, regional banded packs, etc.), with the appointed distributor/s to deliver the annual sell-in and sell-out budgets set within allocated resources.
- Sales performance monitoring and assurance of Service level management.
- Provide internal team training to reporting members and improve the team’s performance.
