- Working time: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm/ Alternate Sat, 8:30am – 12:30pm (5.25days work week)

Job Description:
- Responsible in the management of facilities management services for site assigned.
- Responsible in scheduling preventative maintenance, pest control, horticulture, security management.
- Handles investigate, check and analyze reported breakdowns & faults to determine their cause for the prevention of future occurrences.
- Supervise contractors to carry out maintenance work to ensure that the upkeep and the Site is maintained to meet the service standard.
Job Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Facilities Management or equivalent with 3 years of relevant experience in facilities management operations
- A team player with good interpersonal and organisational skills
