Responsibilities:
Project Management:
Oversee and coordinate all aspects of SAP HANA implementation projects, including managing people, resources, and processes.
Translate business and product requirements into actionable tasks for the development team.
Manage teams of developers responsible for creating software applications and web services.
Delegate tasks, establish development standards, and manage project budgets and timelines.
Collaborate with upper-level management to ensure that software solutions meet business objectives.
Development and Implementation:
Identify requirements for new software or upgrades, and ensure that these are properly implemented.
Support various SAP HANA modules, particularly FICO (Financial Accounting and Controlling), SD (Sales and Distribution), and MM (Materials Management).
Requirements:
Education:Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience:
At least 8 years of experience in SAP HANA development and implementation.
Hands-on experience in supporting and implementing various SAP HANA modules, including FICO, SD, and MM.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in programming languages is a plus.
Strong knowledge of SAP HANA, cloud technologies, database management, and product development.
Understanding of software development methodologies and frameworks.Ability to solve technical problems effectively.
Leadership and Project Management:
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and coordinate diverse teams.
Proficiency in project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
This role requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and experience with SAP HANA to successfully lead and deliver complex software implementation projects.
